The cyclone will continue to slowly lower in pressure over the
next 12 hours as it moves across the Midwest and towards the Great
Lakes region on Wednesday. A band of locally heavy rain and strong
to severe thunderstorms are likely across the Southeast and the
Mid-Atlantic on Wednesday ahead of a cold front. Flooding,
damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes are possible. A shield of
rain will then progress northwards towards New England late
Wednesday and Thursday, which combined with lingering snow pack in
New England, will support the potential for run-off flooding. As
for the cold side of the spring storm, blizzard conditions ongoing
across the Plains will shift northeastward towards the upper
Midwest and Great Lakes for Wednesday.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 900 AM CST. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
