southwest Georgia.
Multiple flood warnings are in effect across the north-central
Alabama.
Flood Watches are in effect across portions of the
Mid-South/Southeast.

At 900 AM CDT...The remnant circulation of Francine was located
over northeast Mississippi. A swath of moderate to heavy rain is
occurring from central Alabama northwards to southwest Tennessee.
