...Heavy rainfall and gusty winds continue as Post-T.C. Francine
slowly drifts westward...

Flood Watches are in effect across portions of Tennessee,
Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia.

At 900 AM CDT...Post-T.C. Francine was located over northeast
Arkansas. Moderate to heavy rain was occurring across portions of
the Middle and Lower Mississippi Valleys, the Ohio Valley, the
Tennessee Valley, and the Southeast. Gusty winds up to 20 mph were
also noted in the vicinity of Post-T.C. Francine. Below are
