tracks northwestward...

At 900 PM CDT...Post-T.C. Francine was analyzed along the MS/AR/TN
border, at 34.8 N 90.5 W. Surface observations and radar across
the Ozarks and Mid-South show widespread moderate to heavy
rainfall across the region. Gusty winds are also noted near the
center of Post-T.C. Francine.
