...Francine weakens to a tropical depression over south central
Mississippi..

At 900 AM CDT...Francine was located over interior southern
Mississippi, with a north-northeast track at 12 mph. Moderate to
heavy rainfall is occurring over portions of central Mississippi
and moving northward. Feeder bands of convection were identified
moving into coastal Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Below are
