Notes:
In this chart we displayed total rainfall accumulation in a 24 hrs period and the upper level cyclonic circulation. As it was to be expected, most of the organized rainfall developed west of 40W (affecting the Brasilian States of Tocantins/Goias), while over NE Brasil the strong upper level convergence and subsident pattern limited rainfall to coastal areas�shallow light convection.
