Thunderstorm activity today is expected to remain mostly scattered
before much drier weather enters on Tuesday. Even so, these
additional thunderstorms found along the sweeping cold front could
contain intense rainfall rates and lead to additional chances for
flash flooding across parts of southern Ohio, eastern Kentucky,
West Virginia, and parts of the central/southern Appalachians. A
Slight Risk (level 2/4) remains in effect for these regions
through tonight.
This will be the last Storm Summary issued by the Weather
Prediction Center for this event. Please refer to your local
National Weather service office for additional information.
